at the Stroud Lake sign, go 2 miles west to stop sign
turn and go one mile north on South 3540 road.
MONTHLY CONSIGNMENT AUCTION
We are currently taking consignments for farm equipment, lawn & garden equipment, livestock equipment, cars and trucks, trailers, saddles, tack, household items, furniture, glassware and anything else you can think of. Nothing too large or too small. So if you only have just a few items for sale, we can turn those items into cash for you. We will be holding the consignment auction at our ranch, so there will be plenty of room. We are located three miles north of Stroud, turn west two miles on cemetary road to stop sign . North one mile on 3540 road, turn right at the downhillsfarm sign. As items are added we will post photos. The next auction will be Friday,July 10, 2009 starting at 6:00 p.m
We will take consignments till 3:00 pm on Friday the day of the sale.
COMMISSION RATE (Per Item)
10% with a 1 dollar minimum
$500- $1,000. items 7%
Over $1,000 dollar items 5%
Checks can be picked up on Saturday or will be mailed.
You can bring your items to us or we will come to you and pick the items up.Contact us for more info
BUYERS:
Registration will start at 5:00 pm and the auction will start at 6:00 pm sharp. The bidder must provide proper government issued identification ( drivers license, passport, Military I.D.). Payment must be made in full at or before the conclusion of the sale . Method of payment will be cash or check. there will be a 10% buyer premuim on all sales Note: once the auctioneer says "SOLD" the merchandise becomes the responsibility of the successful bidder. We will put forth every effort to provide an accurate description of all items sold. However; all items are sold as-is, where-is and there are no warranties, nor guarantees on any of the personal property sold. We are not liable nor responsible for any accidents. All items most be removed from the premises no later than 1:00 PM Monday. Once again the items is yours and the risk is yours.
